Arrive at the Renaissance Seattle Hotel by Marriott. Check-in and get comfortable. After 4:00 pm make your way up to ‘R’ Lounge on the top floor overlooking Seattle bay to meet and greet our staff and others with our group. From 4:00 – 6:00 pm the ‘R’ Lounge offers happy hour prices on their drinks and appetizers. Then at 6:00 pm our motorcoach departs for the Rockin' Horse Dance Barn. Here we will enjoy a Bar-b-Q Chicken & Ribs dinner and then dance on a 4000 sq ft dance floor until time to board the coach back to the hotel.

This morning you prepare your luggage for pick up and then enjoy the Breakfast Buffet. Afterwards you will get your carry-on items and make you way to the motorcoach. Once on board the coach we will take you on a 3 hour Seattle City Tour. We plan to visit Pike Place Market, Space Needle/Seattle Center, Magnolia Bluff. We plan see Safeco Field (Mariners), Qwest Field (Seahawks), the Int’l District, Pioneer Square, Floating Bridge, Lake Union (house boats-wealthy people’s homes), and then on to Pier 91.

Go to Baggage Claim. Once you have your bags head to Carousal #1. Just past Carousal #1 is the Downtown Airporter Desk. Here you may purchase your ticket and board just outside.

Carnival Shuttle Service - Seattle
Purchase of transfers can be done through DanceFun up to 8 days prior to your sail date; you will need to provide your flight information at the time of purchase.
Flight details are provided to the transportation company to assist in expediting your transfer to the pier. It is your responsibility to update DanceFun with any changes to your flight schedule to ensure you are met by the transportation company.
Within 8 days of sailing you may purchase the transfer at the Airport providing Carnival transfers with a Carnival Cruise Lines airport representative*. Note: *Cash payment is not accepted. The transfer costs are charged to your on board Sail & Sign Account by the representative at the Airport.

From Interstate 5 North
Head south on I-5 and follow the signs to the Mercer Street Exit
Take exit 167 to Mercer Street (right-hand off-ramp)
Take a right turn on to Fairview Avenue North (400 feet)
Take a left turn on Valley Street (0.18 miles)
Valley Street bends to the left and becomes Broad Street (0.75 miles)
Turn right to Denny Way (0.32 miles)
Bend right to Western Avenue ( 0.22 miles)
Western joins Elliott Avenue West (1.18 miles)

Port Parking:
$25.00 per night (rates subject to change by the Port Authority)
The Pier 91 parking location is conveniently located and a short distance from the cruise terminal. Passengers must take a shuttle to the cruise terminal. Shuttle space is limited so it is necessary to drop all luggage and extra passengers at the terminal prior to parking.

Prepay parking online for the best rate and a guaranteed parking spot, but not required.
Accepted forms of payment at the parking location: U.S Dollars; Money Orders; Visa; MasterCard; American Express.
RV parking is available for $28.00 per day for vehicles under 18 feet; $35.00 per day for larger vehicles. RV parking MUST be reserved and prepaid online to guarantee a space.

The parking lot is open 7:00am-5:00pm on cruise days.
On the cruise departure day, parking and complimentary shuttle service is available 11:00am-4:00pm.
There are multiple handicap parking spots available.
Friends and family who pick-up passengers are encouraged to use the Cell Phone Waiting lot section of the parking location.
